CBi Navi, an Italian shipyard part of the FIPA Group, which specializes in light, fast planing superyachts, has recently launched the 50-metre planing yacht Aifos, which has a top speed of 24 knots on twin MTU 16V4000M93 4200-horsepower engines. Both the hull and the superstructure are made of aluminum.

Aifos” was designed by Architect Vafiadis, engineered by Hydro Tec and by Cbi Navi technical department, and built entirely in Viareggio by Cbi Navi shipyard, a worldwide leader in the construction of custom superyachts and real one-off vessels made of steel and/or aluminum.

The boat offers five guest-cabins plus the upper deck master’s cabin and additionally features a gym and home theatre with 60-inch Plasma TV. The aft deck features a spacious beachhouse, while the master cabin has an external private area, while the sundeck features large spaces topped by a Jacuzzi. The CBi 50-metre was built according to the MCA standards.
