Sunseeker's largest yacht revealed

UK yacht builder Sunseeker have released renderings for its latest and largest superyacht, the Sunseeker 155. This yacht will reportedly have 40 percent more interior space than the company’s current flagship, the Sunseeker 40M, one of which is now cruising in Thailand.
Sunseeker have traditionally built for the mass production market, allowing for some variation on internal appearance. Recently, the company announced a partnership with Ken Freivokh, a noted superyacht interior stylist. For the 155, Sunseeker will reportedly allow something approaching a semi-custom build, with owners being able to make their specifications and requests with regard to the superstructure as well as the interiors. This level of semi-custom build has normally been associated with the superyacht builders of the Netherlands.
The Sunseeker 155, set for first launch in 2014, is said to be of the semi-displacement hull design and offering a range of up to 4500 nautical miles, though a full set of specifications has yet to be released. Released renderings show plans for a fold-down beach club area at the transom. A large sundeck will have a pool forward, which will certainly offer the best views from the top of the trideck yacht – certainly the place to feel like a king or queen. The Sunseeker 155 Yacht will be classed to RINA and meet MCA LY2 requirements under 500 gross tonnes.
