A fleet of nine new models of Beneteau, Lagoon and Monte Carlo yachts were displayed at the recently concluded Hainan Rendezvous, from March 30 to April 2, to much fanfare. During the four-day event, Beneteau Village welcomed more than 1,000 visitors including many potential buyers, owners, sailors and yacht fans. The brand new Sense 46 was awarded “Best Production Sailing Yacht” (up to 15m) during the Asia Boating Awards 2013 ceremony.

On April 11 the other important China boat show, The China (Shanghai) International Boat Show (CIBS), will open and Beneteau is set to continue to amaze its Asian clients by unveiling further new products. This time, the company will present four brand new models, including two sailing boats and two motor boats, three of them making their Asian debuts.

The legendary First 20 and the newly-enhanced First 25 S–2, both award-winning sailing yachts of under 30 feet, will be on show together with the Barracuda 7 and Barracuda 9 sport fishing boats.

Together with their partner, Bahrfuss, they will be ensuring that their Lagoon brand also has a strong presence in the show with a Lagoon 450 and a Lagoon 400 being displayed at Bahrfuss Marina.

At the Bahrfuss Lagoon Party the company will announce the exciting new Lagoon 39 and Lagoon 52, both currently in build that will soon arrive in Asia.
