Italian superyacht yard Sanlorenzo recently launched three new motoryachts in just one week. They are the 24-metre SL82 Pioppi, the 29-metre SL94 B2 and the 40-metre Liliya, in aluminium.

Both Pioppi, for an Italian client, and B2, for a Russian, were launched at the group’s shipyard in Ameglia. Liliya, also for a Russian client, was launched at Sanlorenzo’s Viareggio yard.

The 24-metre motor yacht Pioppi is a lovely SL82 vessel with classic exterior lines. Accommodation aboard is provided with the furniture upholstered by varnished Blanc Cassé and the floorings are made of precious flamed Canaletto walnut. The large fly bridge hosts wonderful teak stave furniture throughout its length. Its tender is positioned on the lift aft-platform.

B2 yacht concentrates style, balanced volumes and innovation within its 28.60-metre length and 6.75-metre beam. Like the bigger Sanlorenzo yachts, she has an exclusive openable terrace in the salon area.

Her Russian owner chose modern pickled-whitened oak wood for the interiors, perfectly matching the upholstery in innovative Move Jazz wood. Special attention was given to the environmental aspects and Sanlorenzo’s Technical Department employed eco-friendly materials, reduced consumption and minimised CO2 emissions during the production process.

Liliya is the eigth 40-metre alloy vessel constructed by Sanlorenzo. She boasts a beautiful, pearly-white hull.

Accommodation aboard is provided in a lovely and comfortable interior design, made of modern Canaletto walnut, a very rare Aniegrè wood and opaque shiny and Pearlescent varnishings. This all-aluminium yacht also features gull-wing swing doors for the pilot house reminiscent of the famous sports car designs of years gone by. She also has four extendible terraces in the main salon and the owner’s cabin, that provide extra relaxation spaces and views while onboard.

According to Showboats International’s 2013 Global Order Book, Sanlorenzo is now the third largest builder of yachts over 24 metres worldwide.
