Codecasa Shipyards has announced the recent launch of their 50-metre motoryacht Framura 3, the flagship of their Codecasa Sport series, which includes the Codecasa 35s, the Codecasa 41s and the Codecasa 45s.

The launching took place at Codecasa’s new production facility in the Darsena dei Navicelli, in Pisa. She is scheduled for delivery in late July. Anna Maria and Franco Della Role, who had been working with the owner’s personal designer for the past two years, designed the interiors.

Codecasa Launches Framura 3

Framura 3 seems to be an excellent synthesis of opposites, both from technical and architectonic points of view. The exteriors have solid and aggressive, yet light and sinuous, lines. Remarkable technical performance and a top speed of 28 knots are assured by her three MTU 16V 2000 M94 marine engines, each developing 2,600 horsepower and coupled to two water jets and a Kamewa booster. Absolute comfort comes thanks to a Ship Dynamics gyroscopic zero-speed stabilizer system.

The interiors are airy and bright and feature simple geometry combined with precious materials. All lines are clean and essential with no superfluous details, yet the result exudes richness and refinement.

In most areas the contrast between light and dark dominates: in the spacious salon on the main deck, in the dining room on the upper deck, in the owner’s suite and the five guest cabins. The light colour of the oak opposes the dark colour of the wengé wood. The neutral tones of the fabrics and upholstery materials are wisely brightened up by isolated touches of more intense colors.
