Hatteras sea trials new flagship

At 30.48 metres, this composite-built, raised pilothouse motoryacht will be the new flagship of the US-based builder Hatteras, which was recently sold by its parent company, Brunswick Corp, to Navis HCY Acquision LLC. She has just completed her extensive sea trials.
Based on an in-house design, the RPH 100 boasts clean modern lines with a large voluminous interior and ample outside living and relaxing areas. These include a large hardtop-covered sun deck.
Layout options are available on request. The standard layout accommodates eight guests in a full-beam master, a VIP stateroom and two twin cabins on the lower deck. A fifth cabin, the master suite, can be incorporated on the main deck in place of the large American-style kitchen normally located there.
Twin 1,900hp Caterpillar C-32 engines, delivering a cruising speed of 19 knots and a range of around 680 nautical miles, power the first hull in this series. There is a ‘beefed-up’ version with twin 2,600hp MTU 16V 2000 engines, which can reach 29 knots.
The new Hatteras 100 RPH will debut at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show in the fall.
