Set on the grounds of DongGang Marina in the Eastern Port of Dalian July 3-6, SO! DALIAN is gearing up for its first edition with an exclusive combination of lifestyle, events, and yacht displays presented by a sophisticated group of exhibitors. The show will also host the Beach Polo World Cup. Attending the show will be some of the most sought after guests in the region including celebrities, entrepreneurs, sports stars and yacht experts.
SO! DALIAN is a boutique event dedicated to the promotion of the development of boating life in Northern China. With China’s first Beach Polo World Cup, organised by The Polo Life, and supported by the International Beach Polo Federation, organisers expect to attract over 8000 visitors from around Northern China.
“The development of the nautical activities is a part of the expansion of the domestic tourism and leisure industries in China,” says Delphine Lignieres, Founder and CEO of China Rendezvous and SO! DALIAN.
Over 50 yachts will be on display for this first show including boats from Sanlorenzo, Lürssen, Azimut-Benetti Group, Jeanneau, Beneteau, Lagoon, Arcadia, Sunseeker, Bavaria, Sea Stella and Freedom Marine.
Celebrating its 250th anniversary, the exclusive British watchmaker Arnold & Son will join So! DALIAN and the Beach Polo World Cup.
Guests will be pampered with the finest food from the nearby Shangri-La Hotel. One of the show’s highlights will be the gala dinner, held in the ballroom of the Shangri-La on the second night.
The SO! DALIAN Golf Tournament will be organised on the second day of the show, bringing together players from different parts of China and led by the Legacy Club.
“Together with our key sponsors, partners and exhibitors, we have worked hard to create a truly unique setting in the beautiful city of Dalian,” says Lignieres. “We all believe that luxury is no longer associated with a collection of external signs of wealth. Luxury is now sharing experiences and pleasure. We are confident that visitors will enjoy this unique experience.”
