Williams Performance Tenders hosted a 10-year anniversary event to honour all of its staff and suppliers who have been integral to the company’s success and continued growth.

Founded by brothers Mathew and John Hornsby in 2004, Williams is renowned for its range of Turbojet and Dieseljet models. The company now employs 45 staff at its Oxfordshire base and is supported by a global team of factory-trained engineers. Williams produces up to 700 boats per year.

The event was held at the Oxford Thames Four Pillars Hotel. Mathew and John, along with Chairman Roy Parker, honoured the whole workforce, as well as recognised some of the key members of staff who have been with the company for the entire 10 years.

“We were delighted with the event and that all of our employees and key suppliers were able to attend to help us celebrate this momentous occasion,” says Mathew Hornsby, Sales Director. “We are certainly looking forward to what the next decade will bring and have a busy few months ahead with a number of international shows and events across the world, as well as the launch of a brand-new product this September that is really very exciting for us and our team.”

In its 10th year, Williams is enjoying a record order book and an increasing international presence, putting the company in a strong position for the future. The company has also seen increasing levels of business from manufacturers such as Hanse, Beneteau, Princess and Sunseeker that have designed garages specifically to fit a Williams tender.
