ISAF Sailing World Cup Final To Take Place In Abu Dhabi Nov 26-30

ISAF Rolex World Sailors of the Year, Olympic medallists, world champions and a Volvo Ocean Race winner are on their way to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for the inaugural ISAF Sailing World Cup Final.
283 sailors from 39 nations will compete in the capital city Nov 26-30 to become ISAF Sailing World Cup Champions. Entrants from the Asia-Pacific region include: Aichen Wang (CHN) and Michael Cheng (HKG) in the Men's RS:X, Jiahui Wu (CHN) and Hayley Chan (HKG) in the Women's RS:X, Matthew Wearn (AUS) and Andy Maloney (NZL) in the Men's Laser Radial, Dongshuang Zhang (CHN) and Nazli Cagla Donertas (TUR) in the Women's Laser Radial, Tetsuya Matsunaga and Yugo Yoshida (JPN) in the Men's 470, Shasha Chen and Haiyan Gao (CHN) in the Women's 470 and many more.
All 10 Olympic events will be contested in Abu Dhabi along with an open kite-boarding event around Lulu Island off the UAE capital's Corniche. The 10 Olympic events will contest an opening series and a Medal Race with the kite board fleet using a short track format. Prize money will be awarded to the top three overall finishers in each of the Olympic events totaling US$200,000.
