Fraser Yachts Brokerage Team Expands

Fraser Yachts announces two additional yacht brokers have joined its sales team. Maarten Ten Holter has joined the Monaco team while Trevor Carroll has joined the Fort Lauderdale team. Both brokers have worked in the industry for over 15 years.
Ten Holter is well known in the industry having done numerous large yacht deals, including several with Fraser Yachts. Having worked for De Valk Yacht brokerage between 1987 and 1998 he then went on to set up Vripack Yacht brokerage in 1999. He has been a certified broker in The Netherlands since 1992. As a result of moving to Fraser Yachts, Vripack Yacht & Ship Brokers will cease to operate as a brokerage company as of January 2015.
“I want to serve my existing and future clients at the highest possible level, regardless of whether it concerns buying, selling, building, charter, management or crewing,” says Ten Holter. “To be part of a team like Fraser Yachts sharing knowledge and experience will allow me to offer an even better service to those clients.”
Carroll has worked in the yachting industry for 15 years and has spent the past 11 years building his career as a successful sales broker at Atlantic Yacht and Ship. Prior to this, Carroll was an engineer on private yachts.
“I'm excited about my move to Fraser Yachts,” says Carroll. "I want to be able to deliver a level of service to my customers that Fraser Yachts and its many divisions will be able to offer for years to come.”
Fraser Yachts has already sold the first yacht of the year, Four Wishes. The company has sold more yachts than any other brokerage firm over the past five years and continually pursues building on this success.
“Much of our success comes as a result of our expertise, team work, scope and internationalism,” says Roberto Giorgi, Chairman of Fraser Yachts. “We know both Maarten and Trevor well and feel they fit in with the Fraser Yachts team and ethos. This was a natural choice and we are confident they will contribute significantly to Fraser Yachts’ continued growth and success on both sides of the Atlantic.”
