Visun Group’s Hainan Rendez-Vous is a lifestyle exhibition featuring global top brands, including yachts, automobiles, jewellery, art and lifestyle elements. The organisers of the 2015 event held a Media & Friends Gathering and VIP Exclusive Dinner – Hong Kong Station on May 15 at the prestigious Kee Club in Hong Kong.
Around 70 representatives from the media as well as top yacht, jet and lifestyle brands in Hong Kong and Macau attended the gathering, including Asia-Pacific Boating and JET Asia-Pacific magazines, Arcadia Yachts, Asia Marine, Benetti, Bogner, Gulfstream, Jeanneau, JETCRAFT, L'VOYAGE, Northrop & Johnson, Simpson Marine, and the Singapore Tourism Board.
Visun Group Chairman and founder of Hainan Rendez-Vous Lawrence Wang shared his initial concept behind organising the event.
“The initial reason for me to build up Hainan Rendez-Vous is very simple,” Wang said. “I wanted to create a platform for Chinese brands and Chinese elites to experience the high-end international lifestyle and communicate with international brands, to promote an attitude of pursuing quality life and spiritual beliefs. We are devoted to creating such a platform for local and international brands to exchange their ideas, share their resources and then achieve a win-win stage."

“Our mother company, Visun Group, is a property developer; with her support, we will invest more resources in VIP invitations this year," Ng said. "We have gained a decent reputation among Chinese elites over the past 5 years and this year, we will not only invite Chinese elites, but will also invite guests from Hong Kong, Macau and other countries in Asia and all over the world. We will do our best to enhance Hainan Rendez-Vous, making it a better B2B and B2C platform of sharing resourses and exchanging ideas among brands and clients. In this way, we will be able to create greater mutual economic benefits."
Jessie Zhang, Deputy General Manager of event sponsor Chow Tai Fook Jewellery and Premiere Business Management, shared Chow Tai Fook's support for Hainan Rendez-Vous and her thoughts about the China market.

“No one will deny that the China market and the number of Chinese elites are growing rapid nowadays,” Zhang said. “It is believed that in the near future, Chinese elites will pursue more for ‘Dream, Art and Life’, which is exactly the theme of 2015 Hainan Rendez-Vous. For us, we believe that with such an excellent platform as Hainan Rendez-Vous, our brand will be able to introduce our culture and products to a larger number of Chinese elites.”
Later that evening, the 2015 Hainan Rendez-Vous VIP Exclusive Dinner – Hong Kong Station was held with the support of sponsors such as ABN AMRO Private Banking, Hublot and Sunseeker as well as Eastation Gallery as a partner. More than 40 VIPs from Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen, and representatives from sponsors attended the dinner at Kee Club and shared ideas about the latest product collections and industry news. Held as a warm-up for the 2015 Hainan Rendez-Vous, the VIP Exclusive Dinner was a great opportunity for brands and VIPs to communicate with each other.
