Prestige Yachts 680
The latest evolution in motoryacht design, the Prestige Yachts 680 was introduced at the World Dealer Meeting in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
Every area of the 21-metre yacht has been designed to maximise space as comfortably as possible. Her bow creates a lounge and social area well suited for entertaining. Her flybridge has social areas and dining for six in addition to the spacious helm and companionway area.
The galley was created as one of several feature areas in the saloon. The island design helps maintain the open floor plan while adding counter and storage space.
The master cabin is forward just a few steps down from the salon and has private access, a feature usually found only in much larger custom yachts. The guest cabins are equally as luxurious.
A 360-degree panorama from the large windows provides the saloon with plenty of natural light. The aft glass wall opens to include the aft deck into this living space.
Forward of the helm station is a large sun lounger with elegant smoked glass rails creating a sense of security and relaxation. The helm includes a double wide reversible bench seat that is mirrored to starboard. When the seatbacks are repositioned they become part of the forward social area, also under the retractable sport top. Aft is a spacious “L” shaped social/dining area, which completes the flybridge.
Also introduced at the 2015 annual dealer meeting was Matthew Willet Marine announced as Asia-Pacific Dealer of the Year.
Prestige Yachts 450 S
The 13.9m Prestige Yachts 450 S is an impressive luxury express model designed to handle well in nearshore and offshore conditions.
Her advanced design and manufacturing makes her strong, but lighter requiring less horsepower. The interior design creates a relaxing and inviting environment utilizing the finest materials, fabrics, and finishes. One of her key features is the large retractable sport top allowing her to take equal advantage of a beautiful sunny day, or a clear starlit night.
Prestige Yachts has become well known around the world for building extremely stable and smooth riding express and motoryacht models. No matter how well designed a hull may be, all yachts are still subject to the movements of the water. Prestige Yachts now offers the Seakeeper Gyro-Stablisation as an option in six of its models from 55-feet to 75’.
The Seakeeper system enhances the experience while underway and also while at the dock, dramatically reducing roll. Gyro Stabilization is not new to motoryachts, but the Seakeeper system takes the technology to the next level in its effectiveness and reliability.
The Gyro is installed safely inside the hull where it can’t be damaged by the hazards at sea. There is no added drag, no effect on top speed and minimal maintenance.
