Australia-based boat manufacturer Riviera welcomes eight members to the Rivera family after a successful time at the Sydney International Boat Show (July 30-Aug 3).
“It is always inspiring to welcome new owners to the growing global Riviera family and on behalf of our 450-strong team of designers, engineers and master craftsmen in Australia, and our international dealer network that spans some 60 countries, I’d like to extend a very warm welcome to these new and current family members,” says Riviera Chairman and Owner Rodney Longhurst.
The confirmed sale of eight models span the entire Rivera range – from the classic blue-water Flybridge collection to the stylish and sophisticated Sport Yachts, the sporty and adventurous SUV series and even the new luxurious and long-range Sports Motor Yacht design.

“We now have solid forward commitments for many of our new models that extend out over the next 16 months,” says Longhurst. “Our new 67 Sports Motor Yacht, for instance: six of these long-range, purpose-built luxury cruising yachts have already been sold with the first model due for release in 2016.”
Visitors of the Sydney show were able to enjoy a stunning eight-yacht Rivera showcase, including two world premieres: the 18.5-metre 57 Enclosed Flybridge and the 17.2m 52 Enclosed Flybridge.
“Riviera has an ethos of excellence in everything we do and this was certainly on show for all to see in Sydney – all the way from our luxurious line-up of Riviera motor yachts right through to our spectacular marina party on the Saturday night,” says Longhurst.
