Turkish shipyard Numarine is starting 2016 with a number of new international dealership agreements. In Asia Pacific, Numarine will expand into Thailand and the Philippines with its Hong Kong-based partner Asia Marine Yacht Services. The Australian and New Zealand markets will also feel the expansion, with the help of Australian brokerage company Q7 Marine.
In Spain the shipyard is partnering with Living by Carlos in Mallorca and with Yachts & Trade in Italy and Switzerland. In Malta, Morocco, and Tunisia, Numarine is making a presence, with help from the BHP Group, as well as in Egypt with Planet Navis, headquartered in Hurghada, Egypt. The yard has also strengthened its presence back home with the Istanbul-based partner Karina.
In the US, Numarine has brought Grande Yachts onboard to join the network of dealers. The Maryland-based boat dealership brings with it its East Coast facilities and US network of sub-dealers.
Burevestnik Group from Moscow is also joining the Numarine team, expanding the market in Russia, CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and Montenegro.
“We are happy to be partners of Numarine,” says Burevestnik CEO Andry Boyko. “We needed in our portfolio a range of competitively priced, high-quality, customizable fly-bridges and open yachts that we could feel comfortable selling to our demanding clientele in search for fresh design and seaworthy performance.”
Numarine’s 18.4-metre 60 Flybridge will be making her world debut at the Miami International Boat Show (Feb 11-15).
