Guerin from Australia has enjoyed a 15-year yachting career as a Chief Stewardess, showing the best of the ocean to her guests. The many sea miles under her belt have seen her extensively cruise sought-after destinations including the Med, Croatia, Turkey, Scandinavia, Spain, the east coast of America, the Caribbean, Pacific Islands, and of course, Australia. She brings a skill set drawn from her time as a Chief Stewardess, Travel Agent and Owner of an event company to Northrop & Johnson Australia.

Joining Northrop & Johnson Australia from Northrop & Johnson Asia, Van Buerin is a Dutch national who has lived everywhere from the Middle East to Europe and Africa to the USA. She brings with her both Northrop & Johnson’s “authority on yachting” calibre and her own global experience to her new role as a Charter Manager down under. With a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication from Amsterdam University, Van Bueren is also a keen sailor and holds her Royal Yacht Association (RYA) sailing instructor certification. She has cruised the Mediterranean, as well as the South China Sea along the coasts of the Philippines and Indonesia.

“Bringing my international expertise to the local market, I look forward to working with Cameron and his team in the Gold Coast to create unforgettable superyacht experiences for our current and new clients,” says Van Bueren.

“I’m really excited to have Andy and Juliette joining our team to drive the charter division,” says Bray. “We can now offer our clients a complete global perspective on charter through first-hand experiences.”
