In the occasion of Cannes Yachting Festival 2016 (Sept 6-11), Sanlorenzo will display eight superyachts from its fibreglass range (SL and SD) and will exhibit in a world premiere the new SL78.

The SL78 is a 25-metre fibreglass planing hull, which is a new entry-level yacht in Sanlorenzo’s SL fleet. It is unique in its own category to be made-to-measure according to the Owner’s desires and requests.
Sanlorenzo redesigned the volumes of this new model, in line with its innovation into traditional philosophy. The yacht is characterised by a few distinguishing features. The bulwark is levelled to the same height of the saloon, in order to allow as much sunlight as possible to enter from the large windows.
Another feature is the staircase allowing access to the flying bridge from the saloon, with steps encased in two glass panels and seemingly floating in the air, like a modern piece of art. The flying bridge is also wider than the standard for this category for motoryachts. The tender is placed in the stern garage and is easily removable, like in large-sized superyachts.
On the occasion of Monaco Yacht Show 2016 (Sept 28-Oct 1), Sanlorenzo will have on display two metal superyachts – the 46Steel Scorpion and the second 42.2-metre 460Exp unit.
Five units of 460Exp have already been sold to Owners from China, USA, Mexico, Switzerland and Argentina.
460Exp belongs to the expedition vessel category, and it is capable of reaching unusual destinations with an autonomy exceeding 5,000 nautical miles at an average speed of 11 knots, without refuelling thanks to the 50,000 litres fuel tanks.
Everything on board the model is designed to consent long periods at sea: the ample spaces, the endless swimming pool, the refrigerating rooms where waste can be stocked. Her extended main deck can house a seaplane and a private submersible along with a sailing or fishing boat.
