The Australian Marine Export and Superyacht Industry Conference (ASMEX) 2017 will return to Sanctuary Cove for its seventh edition partnered by loyal supporter and sponsor, the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS). ASMEX is organised by the Australian International Marine Export Group. The conference will run May 22-24 2017, conveniently held in the days leading up to the Sanctuary Cove International Boat show which runs May 25-28 2017.

It will mark the seventh consecutive year Sanctuary cove has hosted ASMEX, a conference which has grown to become the leading marine industry conference in Australia and attracts key players globally. The conference will feature high profile national and international guest speakers who will address current and topical issues in the industry nowadays. The event has gained significant momentum over the past six years and is set to attract a greater presence of international delegates in its seventh year. A preliminary programme and theme for the conference will be released towards the end of this year.

SCIBS is widely recognised as one of the must-attend boat shows on the marine industry’s international calendar. 2016 marks the 28th anniversary of the world famous boating festival, which is expected to attract a record number of exhibitors in 2017. The international boat show will run for four days and celebrates everything to do with marine, with the industries’ latest and greatest showcased against the spectacular backdrop of the Sanctuary Cove Marine village on Australia’s Gold Coast.
