The yacht will be delivered in March 2017 and will be used privately by its Owner and friends to cruise around the waters of Indonesia. This new Lagoon 630 MY power catamaran will feature a four-cabin layout, and as usual a comfortable saloon directly connected to a large cockpit – a unique space for socialising with a large group of friends.

Another special feature of this yacht is a commanding flybridge, completed with a big dining table and a generous set of sun pads. Lagoon catamarans are certainly ideal options to enjoy some peaceful moments after the hustle and bustle of daily life in Jakarta.

"The arrival of the Lagoon 630 MY flagship is yet another exciting news to Indonesia as the yachting lifestyle is on a rise,” says Simpson Marine Indonesia Country Manager Paul Whelan. “With support by the Indonesian government to bring yachting to the country, one huge improvement is that it has been easier and faster for visiting yachts to clear into and cruise Indonesia. This is implemented through a new system which allows visiting yacht to enter Indonesia and cruise for up to three years before needing to clear out of the country.”

This is a vital news for visiting foreign yachts and the number of cruising yachts visiting Indonesia has increased dramatically since its implementation.

Making her worldwide debut at Cannes Yachting Festival and Asia debut at Singapore Yacht Show in 2015, the Lagoon 630 MY was Lagoon officially declaring the return to the motoryacht sector with her launch. Since then, the flagship has gained popularity in Asia with units sold in Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia and now Indonesia.

The flybridge, with state of the art control stations, a large folding dining table on starboard side, a bar area and an impressive sunbathing pad to the front, not to mention the hard top with an electric sunroof and space for an optional Jacuzzi, offers all that a demanding yacht Owner should expect.

The interior design is elegant with precious materials and the fabrics blend in a luxurious Mediterranean style.

Designed by VPLP naval architects, her unique lines allow her to cross oceans, go around the world and provide Owner and guests an unforgettable yachting experience.

The Lagoon 630 MY's accolades includes winning the 'Best interior design in the 50ft to 80ft yachts category' at the annual Invictus Yachts Trophies during the Cannes Yachting Festival 2015 and also 'Best Worldwide Production Motor Yacht (15m to 24m)' by Asia-Pacific Boating magazine.

This first sale is expected to be followed by other Lagoon sales, with a new opportunity to enroll the yachts to the Simpson Marine Charter programme and let the charter operations cover their operational costs whilst generating some regular income for the Owners.
