United Arab Emirates-based shipyard Gulf Craft was recognised for its customer service excellence and business leading efforts at the MENAA Awards at the Burj Al Arab.

The fourth edition of the MENAA Awards was held in partnership with the Institute of Leadership and Management, City and Guilds Group, and Zurich University of Applied Sciences. The distinguished accolades celebrate organisational best practice in leadership and customer service across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. 

The shipyard won the ‘Customer Delight Award’ for meeting and exceeding customer expectations through plenty of initiatives including the introduction of innovative products and services related to customer needs, timely and accurate delivery of a product or service. This creates positive customer experiences and the presence of clear standards.

Another award, ‘Best Business Leader’, for the company was received by the company’s Marketing and Communications Manager Mahmoud Itani, who has contributed a lot to the organisation and played an integral role in its growth on both national and international level.
