Amels launched the Lili, a new 55m motoryacht from the Limited Edition range in collaboration with Imperial, which acted as the broker, owner’s representative and construction supervisor for the build. The model is set to be delivered in June and will be available for charter bookings from mid-July in Norway and later in the season in West Mediterranean. Lili becomes the eighth hull delivered jointly by Imperial and Amels since 2009.

Tim Heywood is responsible for the exterior design, while Laura Sessa takes care of the interiors, which offers six cabins for 12 guests.

The bridge deck of the model went through upgrade and the master cabin is open on a private aft deck terrace privatised from two other decks.

Rose Damen, Commercial Director of Amels, said: “The Amels 180 has proven highly popular on the superyacht market and Lili will add to that with her many unique customisations and beautiful colour scheme. She is an exceptionally high quality yacht that will no doubt create many happy memories for her Owners and guests. Once again, working with Imperial has been very smooth and productive and that shows in the end result.”

Julia Stewart, Director of Imperial, said about Lili: “She is another striking project jointly made with an experienced team and very talented people, confirming our strong and durable links with Amels since the last eight years. With Lili, Imperial delivers a new superyacht option for high-end luxury journeys at sea with versatile accommodation, Dutch quality and superior level of equipment. We would like to thank all the teams involved in this project, who realised a challenging work with precise deadlines."

Superyachts projects like Bel Abri (52m), Astra (55m), Event (60m), or the Damen Yacht Support vessel 6711 (67m) will come from this partnership.
