Bray speaks about N&J Australia’s recent eight-day ‘super family’ that introduced influential international brokers to Australia’s world-class charter scene in Sydney and the Great Barrier Reef. He will bring more than 70 yachts ranging from 25m-100m and their crew will attend the show.

Bray said: “MYBA Charter Show is the premier gathering of the world’s leading professional charter yacht brokers.

“So my presence there is two-pronged – to create deeper awareness of what Australia’s superyacht industry has to offer while ensuring Northrop & Johnson Australia keeps up with the global fleet in terms of our knowledge and standards.”

“It’s also an opportunity for me to inspect the yachts, meet the captains and crews, and be fully across what’s on offer worldwide for my Australian clients.

“If I have a client who wants to cruise Croatia, I want to be able to say that I have personally inspected the yacht and crew and that it’s the right charter for them.”

Bray will then head to the French Riviera and shipyards in Italy to inspect prospective vessels for purchase by his Australian clients.

“There is a growing demand in Australia for yachts out of Europe, so it’s important for me to be intimately aware of what is available and suitable for our clientele.”

Later in the year, Bray will return to Europe for the Monaco Yacht Show in September and then travel to the United States in November for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
