Ferretti Group stages two US debuts at Fort Lauderdale

Italian yacht builder Ferretti Group stages the American premieres of its Ferretti 780 and Riva 76’ Bahamas at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

The 24m 780 flybridge has sleek lines and clean shapes, which the height of its hull’s topsides can be resized to accentuate the overall sporty character.
Inspired by the coupe platform of 76’ Perseo convertible top technology, the Bahamas is the second convertible Riva yacht. Measuring 23.25m, it can reach a top speed of 32 knots and cruising speed of 28 knots.
"Fort Lauderdale is the ideal occasion for presenting to the US market and yacht enthusiasts the new models launched during the European shows in the autumn", explains Stefano de Vivo, Ferretti Group’s Chief Commercial Officer.
In addition to the two models, Ferretti Group also showcases a fleet of 16 open, coupe, flybridge and maxi yachts ranging from 33-92ft (10-28m) and representing the Ferretti Yachts, Riva, Pershing and Custom Line brands. These include Ferretti Yachts 450 and 550, Pershing 5X and 62, Aquariva Super and Rivamare.
During Ferretti Group’s press conference scheduled for the opening day of the show, some of next year’s new yachts will be announced, along with details about the organisation of the Group’s subsidiaries in the United States.
The Group will also present the commercial development plan for the Americas region aimed at further increasing its presence on both shores of the United States and Canada as well as in Central and South America.
News on Allied Marine, Ferretti Group’s long-time American brokerage and charter company, will also be disclosed at the press conference.
