Currently in build at Sunseeker’s facilities in Dorset, UK, these two next-generation boats epitomise the sleek lines, open plan layouts and interiors of Sunseeker, and reflects the growing demand for the performance of Predator range.
Setting a benchmark for the smaller performance format, the all-new Predator 50 offers both open and closed capabilities complete with tender garage, which accommodates a Williams 325 Jet Tender launched via the hydraulic bathing platform.
The new sports boat has the design of a fully opening hardtop roof and a folding cockpit door and hinged window providing an open plan cockpit or saloon. This is complemented by forward and aft cockpit seating which can be folded down to create an enlarged sunbathing area, complete with optional retractable pram hood canopy.
Moving aft, the Beach Club offers a space for family and friends to enjoy the optional built-in BBQ, overhead ‘rain shower’ and fold-down transom seating.
The interior features a full-beam master en-suite stateroom and a forward VIP cabin with a scissor berth. Up to four guests can be catered for or an additional bunk cabin can be created in lieu of the lower saloon thereby providing accommodation for six.
Fitted with the new Volvo Penta D8-600 engines mated to shaft drives with optional electric steering and joystick manoeuvrability, the sports cruiser also keeps performance at heart.
Sunseeker’s largest Predator model, the 74 is back with a 40 knots capability, powered by MAN V12 1900 engines. An alternative option can be MAN V12 1550 horsepower engines which give a top speed of up to 35 knots.
With oversized pillarless’ windows down to the side deck, the saloon, which includes a U-shaped seating area, ample storage and port side bar console – all below a glass sliding roof – is flooded with light and enjoys uninterrupted views.
Below deck sits a galley and three en-suite cabins comprising an aft master, starboard twin and forward VIP. The master cabin benefits from an optional walk-in wardrobe or office area.
The below deck configuration offers flexibility for owners with an option to have an extended galley arrangement complete with lounge and breakfast bar seating or an additional twin guest cabin which would allow the yacht to accommodate up to eight guests in four cabins.
The foredeck features a sunbed for soaking up the rays complete with optional pram hood canopy. Behind the transom, the tender garage provides the space to house a new Williams 390 jet tender or Jet Ski with a hydraulic bathing platform.
The transom area features an optional Beach Club with parasol – an option first introduced with the Manhattan 52 in 2016.
Other Sunseekers on show will include Manhattan 52 and 66, Predator 57 MkII, 76 and 95 Yacht, and its merchandise – the ‘Sunseeker Collection’.
