Organised by the magazine Robb Report China, the Best of the Best awards were selected by a panel formed of readers and senior editors.

At 23m, the Seventy 7 was created by a team from VPLP, Patrick Le Quément, and Nauta Design.

She has a large flybridge offering additional living space, a forward cockpit directly accessible from the deck and the saloon, plentiful space inside with large windows and headroom, and an independent owner’s suite with its own terrace on the sea.

This is the third time in a year the yacht has won acclaim from industry experts – she was named Best Sailing Yacht at the 13th Asia Boating Awards and won the 2017 Adriatic Boat of the Year award at the Internautica Boat Show in Slovenia.

Skyler is the third unit of the Benetti Fast range. Built in composites and carbon at Benetti’s Viareggio shipyard, she is a four-deck semi-widebody yacht with a total of five cabins, a length of 38.1m and a beam of 8.3m.

The yacht's feature is the AZP C65 Azipull Carbon propulsion system. The Rolls-Royce pod system gives the 125ft Benetti fuel efficiency at low displacement speeds while allowing the yacht to reach a respectable top end of 22 knots.

Not only do the pod thrusters deliver manoeuvrability and performance, but they also allow Benetti to design the engine room farther back than most yachts of her size, thus lowering noise and vibration and increasing the size of the four staterooms on the lower deck.

The sporty exterior was designed by Stefano Righini using an expanse of horizontal windows to accentuate the yacht’s streamlined look. Another key feature is a central element at the side of the superstructure that covers the access stairway to the upper deck.

Her interior was designed by Redman Whiteley Dixon based on the “Air” configuration, one of the three interior style options that Benetti offers to their Fast 125’ owners.

Peter Mahony, General Manager of Benetti Asia commented, “We are very honoured to receive this award from Robb Report. As time goes on, Chinese customers are increasingly discerning with the technology and design of superyachts.

“We are looking forward to presenting more of our fleet to China, showcasing Benetti’s Italian excellence and state-of-the-art yacht making expertise.”
