The largest yacht in attendance will be the 70m Feadship Lady Christine, which will host a private owners’ cocktail party.

Joining Lady Christine will be superyacht brand Burgess’ 51m motor yacht Northern Sun, Lee Marine’s Ferretti 850, a 32m Princess and a 31m Astondoa.

Northrop and Johnson is also set to showcase five yachts, including 105ft Dolce Vita. There will also be a number of privately owned vessels, including the 86ft Monte Carlo, 45m Latitude Vripack and traditional 99ft sailing yacht Dallinghoo Schooner.

Equally important as the boats are the parties, and guests will not be short of entertainment at this year’s KRSR.

Italian motor yacht brand Benetti is partnering up with private jet charter company Vistajet to co-host an exclusive dinner. Co-sponsor Feadship will also be hosting an owner’s dinner in a Kata Rocks Penthouse, and Northrop and Johnson will hold a sunset cruise aboard Zeelander

Guests can also socialise at the Boat International Cocktail Party, the Royal Huisman penthouse brunch, Lee Marine Champagne Tasting, and Hemisphere Caviar and Vodka tasting.

The finale will celebrate the opening of the charter season in Asia, with a live band, DJ and food and drink.

KRSR will showcase one-off artwork from French artist and sculptor Arnaud Nazre-Aga. It’s the first time for the Bangkok-based artist to exhibit in Phuket, bringing five bespoke works to be displayed at the event.

With Phuket becoming Asia’s primary yachting destination, many yachting brands are introducing themselves to the Asian market for the start of the charter season.

Market leader Contest Yachts, who specialise in custom-built sailing yachts, will make their Asian debut at the KRSR.

Michael Nurbatlian, Director of Marketing comments, “The synergies between superyachts, luxury villas, and private jets creates a partnership that will further position Phuket as an elite yachting and luxury destination in Southeast Asia.

“Only in its second year, we are thrilled to see how much bigger this year’s event will be. The support we’ve received from all of our partners is phenomenal, which really demonstrates the appetite and development opportunities for superyachting in this part of Asia.”
