Numarine has launched and showed world premiere of the first hull of the 26XP Series at the Tuzla Istanbul Boat Show from February 17-25 in Viaport Marina. This 26m expedition vessel was sold in May 2016 to a returning customer from Turkey.

The shipyard’s long-term collaborator Can Yalman designed the 26XP’s exterior and interior, while the naval architecture is by Umberto Tagliavini.
There are four large guest cabins below decks, including the master suite amidships and two VIP cabins. Social areas are vast, with an extensive main saloon, beach platform and a flybridge with own lounge, dining table and storage space for a 5m tender.
“I’m happy to confirm that we have successfully completed the first 26XP yacht”, said Sales and Marketing Director of Numarine Orhun Senturk.
“That’s the fourth Numarine yacht for our loyal client before he owned one of our popular 78’ Fly yachts. I congratulate our whole team with the tremendous job they did, creating such a beauty with incredible living space”.
With angular windows and a vertical bow, the 26XP has a smaller draft which allows berthing in shallower harbours. Her onboard systems from Silent Line reduces noise and vibration to ensure comfort on board.
Built in a semi-displacement version, the superyacht can reach a maximum speed of 22 knots, with a cruising speed of 18 knots. Displacement version is also available, which the yacht’s maximum speed is 11.5 knots, with a cruising speed of nine knots and greater fuel autonomy.
“Three of four units that have already been sold to clients are full displacement”, confirmed Senturk. “While the first has just hit the water, the other three, for clients from Europe, Russia and the Middle East, will soon follow and are to be launched by the end of 2018.”
