Thanks to its revolutionary stern design: a swimming pool with a transparent bottom placed on the main deck lets light through to the underlying area, and a beach area resulting from the doors opening on three sides, which become sea-level platforms. The same area quickly turns into a floodable garage (with beach floor lifts up) that contains the shipowner’s tender.
Sanlorenzo also won the ‘Best Explorer Model’ award with its 460EXP at the 2017 edition.
Sanlorenzo Superyacht, which creates metal yachts from 40-80m, is building 15 more superyachts on its current 21 built in La Spezia. The over-50,000-sqm production site was recently acquired and focuses entirely on developing superyachts.
The Italian shipyard completed its 2017 with a sales volume amounting to over €300 million, as well as with a constant growth and an average rate corresponding to 18.2 per cent over the last few years.
