SUTL Enterprise, owner of the ONE°15 brand, has announced plans for a new digital marketplace partnered with StarHub that will bring together aficionados of lifestyle experiences and purveyors of the goods and services.

The ONE°15 Life is expected to be launched in phases with the first module – yacht charters – to go live in the third quarter of 2018. Other assets including private jet hires and marina services will be added to the site in subsequent phases. StarHub is responsible for creating the platform.

With its omnipresent channels and islandwide network, StarHub is able to deliver not just the communications and tech solutions that SUTL needs, but also media coverage, to our target markets and audience.”

With embedded Artificial Intelligence (AI), this online platform will recommend activities and experiences based on the registered profiles of its users and suggest vendors or services that will fulfil their requirements including optional add-ons such as watersport equipment rental and F&B catering in the case of yacht charters.

“The ONE°15 brand promise is to celebrate a life less ordinary,” said Tay. “With ONE°15 Life, we are essentially building an ecosystem, beyond geographical constraints, working with qualified partners globally and harnessing the power of technology through AI and data analytics, to create a multi-asset online platform offering yachting, jetting and marina services, that will digitally transform and revolutionise the way we celebrate life.”

Trevor Fong, General Manager of the ONE°15 Marina (Malaysia, China and North Asia) and Special Projects, as well is spearheading the project, said that the yachting module, which will be the first asset to be launched in phase one, will bring marina tourism to the forefront.

“The traditional way of chartering yachts can be quite daunting and tedious as it involves long discussions and negotiations that are done through brokers. With ONE°15 Life’s automated recommendation capability, we hope to address this by simplifying the process. We believe that this will contribute towards accelerating the growth of the industry and benefit our core business as a leading developer of integrated marina infrastructure.”

As an integrated marina developer and aims to establish a string of marinas worldwide under its ONE°15 brand, SUTL has its portfolio comprising ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove Singapore and ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina in Brooklyn. Recently in February, the Group has announced its intended acquisition of a majority stake in a Thai company, which has the construction permits and development rights for a proposed ONE°15 marina to be located at Makham Bay in Phuket.
