The eighth Macau Yacht Show at Macau Fisherman’s Wharf from November 1-4 will again focus on the potential of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area project, which is set to be boosted by the impending Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.

Organisers plan to include many of the elements of last year’s show, which featured 23 yachts in the water and 35 booths on land, part of an almost 30,000sqm exhibition area. Sunseeker, Azimut, Ferretti, Benetti and Jeanneau were among the 48 yacht brands represented.

The show will again feature in-water demonstrations as well as yacht races, plus
a range of non-yachting elements including art, following last year’s exhibition featuring 60 works by artists from mainland China and Macau. Other elements including a fashion show; last year’s event featured a fashion shoot by blogger Peter Xu Fengli and appearances by high-profile fashion designers Zeng Fengfei and Lin Jinliang at the VVIP Night.

In addition, the show will again incorporate a one-day forum, organised in conjunction with Asia-Pacific Boating.
